1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address, username, profile information, and content you post. We automatically collect usage data including pages visited, features used, device type, and IP address. We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the Platform, authenticate your identity, deliver content and features, process payments, calculate creator pool distributions and prizes, send notifications you've opted into, detect fraud and abuse, and improve the Platform.
3. Information We Share
Your public profile, posted insights, ratings, and gem counts are visible to all users. We share payment information with Stripe for transaction processing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information if required by law or to protect the safety of users.
4. Advertising
We display advertisements on the Platform. Advertisers do not receive your personal information. Ad targeting is based on category context (what page you're viewing), not personal data tracking. We track ad impressions and clicks in aggregate for advertiser reporting.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Authentication tokens are stored locally in your browser. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
6. Your Rights
You can access and update your profile information through settings. You can delete your account, which removes your profile and anonymizes your content. You can opt out of email notifications at any time. You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.
7. Cookies & Local Storage
We use local storage to maintain your authentication session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Essential cookies are required for the Platform to function.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover a minor's account, it will be terminated.
9. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts have personal data removed within 30 days. Anonymized content may be retained. Transaction records are retained as required for tax and legal purposes.
10. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
